Oh we do like to be beside the seaside

Medlock has been appointed by The Inn Collection Group to oversee a major refurbishment and extension of two adjoining hotels in the Lancashire seaside resort of Lytham St Annes to create a new 99-bedroom hotel. 

The multi-million pound investment will see the Lindum and Carlton Hotels combine to create a new seafront hotel with all ensuite bedrooms, a new bar and restaurant area to accommodate 250 covers and new external seating and dining terrace. 

Works have commenced with an extensive enabling package that will facilitate the comprehensive remodelling works to follow in early 2023. 

The project marks Medlock’s first collaboration with The Inn Collection Group, coinciding with the pubco’s first foray into Lancashire. The group has a further 30 pubs with rooms across the North East of England, Yorkshire, Cumbria and North Wales.
