The Warbler on the Wharf

Medlock is to start work on the Warbler on the Wharf, a brand-new pub for our client McMullen & Sons. A successful brewer and pub retailer, McMullen are renowned for consistent quality and inviting bars and restaurants.

Located on Milton Keynes’ Campbell Wharf, the pub will offer an outside terrace and a south-facing beer garden overlooking the marina.

Campbell Wharf itself is a new community of 383 new homes on the banks of the Grand Union Canal. The new pub is the first of many amenities that are in development for the area, including a 111-berth marina, café, restaurant and a mix of retail units.

The Warbler on the Wharf will be a premium McMullen pub and an important milestone for their brand. We look forward to drawing on our experience to deliver a top-class result for our client and an exciting food and drinks venue for the Campbell Wharf development.
