The Wicket Gate swings open again!

We were thrilled to hand over The Wicket Gate in Chester-le-Street, County Durham for JD Wetherspoon. After an extensive refurbishment process - including a new bar, larger kitchen, and swanky new roof terrace - we couldn’t be happier with the results. From first briefing to final completion, we’ve come a long way and are proud of the collaboration, commitment, and innovation that brought this project to life.With a whole host of significant external works, our project team did an excellent job getting this project completed on time, to budget, and to a premium quality we’re confident everyone who has the privilege of visiting will love.We can’t wait to hear what guests - both new and old - have to say about the new and improved pub!
