Warbler on the Wharf nears completion in Milton Keynes

Medlock is nearing the final stages of works to build and fit-out a new pub and restaurant for McMullen and Son. Located on Milton Keyne’s Campbell Wharf, the new pub will prove a popular addition to the up-and-coming residential hub of 383 new homes.

In addition to their reputation for brewing high-quality beers, our client McMullen and Son are famous for running welcoming pubs up and down the country. New for 2022, The Warbler on the Wharf will provide stunning views across the marina from its outside terrace whilst serving a delicious menu of pub food and beverages.

Having finished building the outer shell, Medlock is well on track to deliver the finished development early next year. Externally, we’re applying the finishing touches to the envelope of the building. Internally, we’re busy installing the bespoke joinery for the bar and seating area that’s come direct from our own joinery workshop.

The Warbler on the Wharf will open its doors in early 2022.
