WOLF to open second Manchester site in Spinningfields

Following the successful launch of WOLF in the Arndale Food Court in December, the team has made a start on Manchester’s second ‘Italian Street Food’ concept.Situated on The Avenue in the Spinningfields business district, the ‘fast casual’ eatery will offer healthy menu alternatives such as the signature ‘Italian Burrito’.The sleek modern design will boast a vibrant colour scheme and an eclectic mix of interesting decorative elements to complement the showpiece open-kitchen.Evolution of the WOLF concept will see the capacity increase to 80 with tables inside the venue and externally on the covered terrace.WOLF will open in August following a four-week fit-out.
