What better way to kick back and socialise with friends and loved ones than a sharing platter full of your favourite comfort foods. The people of Chester can rejoice as the brand new Brewski restaurant is now open and welcoming eager foodies through their doors.

In what marks our first collaboration with the popular Manchester headquartered chain we have been busy transforming the former Edinburgh Woollen Mill unit on the historic Eastgate Row in the City centre. The Chester opening marks venue number three in the Brewski portfolio with further sites in Manchester and Sheffield.

Spanning 7,000 sq ft and set over three floors the Grade II listed site accommodates 160 covers and features a speakeasy themed bar.

The works consisted of a full strip out back to original shell, new M&E installations throughout, new internal partition walls and ceilings, manufactured joinery including new complete bar from our workshop, reclaimed walls and ceiling finishes, tile and timber floor finishes and W/C creation.
