Cedar Court Hotel, Harrogate

Duration: 5 weeks

Value: £300k

Medlock is delighted to unveil our latest project at the Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate, showcasing a meticulously executed refurbishment of the hotel public areas.

Central to this transformation is Amber's Restaurant, a luxurious 75-cover dining venue inspired by the hotel’s esteemed former resident, Lady Amber Fitzwilliam, a prominent local scientist. The decor pays homage to her legacy, blending classic elegance with modern sophistication featuring a host of elements crafted in our workshop.

Elsewhere we have revitalized the Queen Suite, which acts as the hotel’s breakfast eatery along with the Imaginarium, a stylish private dining and entertaining area accommodating up to 28 guests.

The works were undertaken in a live operating environment and our team carefully planned the timings of noisy works and deliveries to not encroach on the guest experience.

The project marked our third collaboration with Cedar Court Hotels having undertaken bar adaptation works at their Bradford and Huddersfield sites previously and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
