Medlock is elated to unveil details of a breathtaking transformation at the Lodore Falls Hotel in Keswick on behalf of our valued client Lake District Hotels.
Situated on the shores of Derwentwater, Lodore Falls is a highly regarded destination spa hotel with a fine reputation as one of the Lake Districts premier destinations for indulgence and relaxation.
The project saw us completely overhaul the former Lake View restaurant to deliver the opulent Falls Brasserie to signal a new elevated dining experience for guests. There was also an extensive refurbishment to the hotel reception, guest lounges, conservatory and the unveiling of the reimagined Derwent Suite which hosts private functions and weddings.
Tasked with delivering the elaborate enhancements in a live trading environment meant a high degree of forward planning with the hotels operations team to ensure works didn’t encroach on the guest experience whilst also maintaining a tight programme.
We are honoured to have been entrusted to deliver this landmark investment by Lake District Hotels and we look forward to collaborating with them once again in the near future.
