The flagship restaurant in the new £25m dining quarter at Newcastle’s intu Eldon Square has been completed by Medlock. Occupying the prime rooftop position ‘Chaophraya’ brings its premium dining experience and authentic taste of Thailand to the North East for the first time. The unique interior of the 5500 ft² unit pays homage to its roots with opulent modern Thai design features, including an incredible terrace space with views over the city. The inspirational interior seats 270 diners including intimate private dining areas for guests to enjoy the impressive blends of contemporary Thai cuisine.
