Miller & Carter, the premium steakhouse brand from national operator Mitchells & Butlers, has moved into a prime location in the maritime city of Bristol.
Situated within the historic Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel, the cutting-edge design embraces the buildings period features while maintaining the distinctive interior of the Miller & Carter brand.
The interior showcases the expertise of the Medlock Bespoke Joinery team with booth seating, bespoke screening, and high-quality joinery throughout the venue.
The new space includes a stylish bar and lounge, an open kitchen and a luxurious dining area for 180 people, with a further 76 covers situated within the historic courtyard for alfresco eating and drinking.
