Set in 200 acres of parkland, Formby Hall near Southport is one of the pre-eminent golf and spa destinations in north west England.
As part of a major investment by the new owners - CS Hotels, Medlock was appointed to deliver luxurious new facilities across different parts of the resort.
A total of 14 beautifully-appointed bedrooms were built and furnished in a vacant loft area of the hotel, whilst the Fairway Grill bar and restaurant was given a creative, sophisticated and contemporary makeover.
The final part of the project involved the extension and refurbishment of the indoor swimming pool and enhancements to the lavish spa and treatment rooms.
These improvements were all carried out within a live trading environment over 17 weeks with minimum disruption to the comfort and tranquillity of leisure and business guests.
