The unique combination of 18th century industrial heritage and 21st century technical innovation has resulted in the creation of a new, state-of-the-art, 3-screen boutique cinema.

Dating back to 1793, the former home of The Sheffield Banking Company has been sympathetically converted by Medlock, preserving it’s character and highlighting many of the original features including the basement bank vaults, double-height ceilings and ornate plasterwork.

Cinema-goers have a choice of visiting the ground-floor lobby bar and pre-movie meeting lounge or the first floor which is home to a spectacular feature bar with access to a roof-top terrace.

Curzon specialises in showing mainstream, independent and family films from around the world and the luxurious auditoria provide audiences with the latest digital projection and surround-sound quality, guaranteeing the ultimate cinema experience.
