The unique South American dining concept ‘Fazenda’ has arrived in Manchester following a 12-week fit-out by the Medlock team.

Situated on ‘The Avenue’ in the the city centre’s Spinningfields district, two former retail units were stripped-out and the 5,000sqft space transformed into this exciting, luxurious Gaucho-style bar and grill featuring continuous tableside service.

The highly detailed design of the restaurant included the main dining space with 180 covers, three stylish and sophisticated rooms for private dining and an enclosed and heated external area with an additional capacity for 50 people.

This project follows on from the Fazenda restaurant which Medlock successfully completed last year in Liverpool for client Fazenda owners, CIty District.
