Fazenda, the authentic Brazilian Rodizio Bar and Grill has brought it’s unique dining concept to the city of Liverpool.
Ideally situated in the business district on Exchange Square, a former Bank building was completely stripped out before Medlock could start the high-end fit-out specified by renowned Interior Designer Bernard Carroll.
Many original design features to reflect the true essence of the Gaucho dining experience were incorporated into the 250 cover restaurant, including Venetian Stucco plasterwork and reclaimed timbers which were adapted by Medlock’s joiners shop to create bespoke features such as the reception desk, main bar, display cabinets, food serveries ,waiter stations and the Al fresco dining area.
The result of the 10-week project on behalf of our client, CIty District, is a sophisticated venue in which customers can enjoy the Fazenda offering of great food, great wine and outstanding service.
