One of Manchester’s foremost and original bars has undergone a breath-taking £1m transformation courtesy of Medlock’s experienced site team.
The sympathetic modernisation of Dukes 92 in the city’s fashionable Castlefield district cleverly combines the building’s proud industrial heritage with sleek contemporary design.
The superb facilities include an opulent main bar-restaurant with a striking new centrepiece bar manufactured in the Medlock workshop, a secluded private dining area and first-floor gallery bar with a balcony over the legendary canalside sun-terrace.
The repositioning of the kitchen and toilets were also a major part of the three-month project undertaken by Medlock on behalf of client Elle R Leisure.
