Lincoln House Apartments

Duration: 42 weeks

Value: £5.25m

Medlock is proud to have delivered the latest apartment scheme for One Heritage, one of the North West’s leading residential property development and management companies.

Located in Bolton town centre, the former commercial office known as Lincoln House has been converted into 88 contemporary apartments.

The 5 storey development includes a mix of studio, one, two and three bed apartments providing a safe and environmentally friendly living experience for professional tenants.

The façade of the building was stripped of its non-fire-rated cladding and replaced with a new fire-rated wall of insulated render. Internally, extensive steelwork modifications, new M&E systems and staircases were installed with the new feature fourth-floor balcony giving fantastic views over Bolton and beyond.
