A full refurbishment of all 153 bedrooms, plus corridors, restaurant, bar and reception area was carried out in three phases to allow the hotel to remain operational.
Formerly a Park Inn by Radisson, the 4-star Mercure hotel is a brand of French giant Accor Hotels, the world’s largest hotel company.
Perfectly situated just off the M54, the hotel is ideal for business trips, conferences and functions with an indoor pool and health club for leisure breaks.
The refurbishment in Telford was one of three upgrades carried out simultaneously by Medlock.
