Look out Wythenshawe because here we come. We’re working with The Manchester College - one of the region’s many amazing educational institutes - at their Wythenshawe Campus on an exciting new project for LTE Group. This project is taking us down into south Manchester to help create more space for classrooms and training. Medlock will be removing an existing block and walls, making the area more ideal for the heavy goods vehicles that need to get in and out of the building. Our team will start by taking out an existing toilet block. Doing this will enlarge the operational room within the building, giving them more space to do what they do best. We’ll then remove an existing curtain walling, which will allow for the installation of new roller shutters. The removal of this walling will make it easier for the HGVs coming on and off the campus. We’ll also be working on the formation of an external holding bay for the HGVs.After that, we’ll extend the level of the mezzanine. This will allow for the classroom level to be expanded to the first floor, creating more space for training and ensuring a more comfortable environment for the students. With our years of experience and expertise in construction, refurbs, and fit-outs, the team at Medlock is thrilled to be invited onto Wythenshawe Campus to make it even better for students and faculty alike. Watch this space for future updates as the project progresses.[custom_show_gallery]
