Introducing Calico – A state-of-the-art office space in central Manchester

Medlock has completed the extension and refurbishment of the commercial office space at 53-55 Mosley Street, Manchester. The grade A office accommodation, branded as Calico by clients Bluefig Investments, is right at home in the hustle and bustle of one of Manchester’s busiest districts. It offers a spacious 13,000 square foot for Manchester businesses to enjoy.

Through Medlock’s efforts, the existing three-story Georgian building has been enhanced by a two-story roof extension, radically increasing floor space and delivering a magnificent roof terrace overlooking Manchester City Centre. The extension features Seamless curtain walling and rain-screen cladding for a stylishly smooth look.

In addition to these structural works, Medlock delivered a full interior refurbishment, adding a modern flair and creating an eye-catching working environment.
