Let’s hear you roar for The Lion in Malpas!

If you ever take a trip to the historic Cheshire village of Malpas, make sure to head to The Lion pub, which we’ve recently completed and are proud to share with you!While COVID-19 certainly threw us a curveball during this project, we couldn’t be happier with the finished results. And we’re confident you’ll love them too.As always, our skilled team was ready to rise to the challenges thrown our way over the past few months. And with a lot of dedication, hard work and team spirit, we were thrilled to finally hand everything back over.This project was more than just a pub. The former Red Lion Hotel had been standing empty for several years, and extensive work was needed to add more accommodation and create a place guests never want to leave. In the pub, works included a complete stripping back, rebuild, and extension of the building. Also at this location is a Grade II listed Tudor cottage that has lovingly been refurbished to create two storeys of accommodation and guest dining space. Opposite that is a new building with even more bedrooms.Across the site, we’ve been able to bring a range of beautiful bedrooms and communal areas to life, all in keeping with the classic feel and atmosphere of this grade II listed building.
