We’re now in the final stages of our £1.4 million office refurbishment project in the heart of Manchester. After months of hard work, we’re so proud of how far the site in Stevenson Square has come along.The refurbishment of this five-floor building included a full fit-out to provide ample lettable office and retail space to further enhance the already bustling Northern Quarter area.Regeneration projects over the past few years have made the Northern Quarter one of the most desirable areas of Manchester. With an eruption of bars, restaurants, and modern residential developments, it’s become a big attraction for those moving to the Northern Powerhouse.We think the locality of this fresh, modern mixed-use site will prove to be a wonderful addition to the area. It will no doubt attract more businesses, residents, and visitors to experience everything the city of Manchester is known for: socialising, culture, and fun.Set to be finished by the end of October, we cannot wait to hear what people think of the space.
