We are absolutely thrilled to be starting on phase 3 of the Sheffield accommodation complex Steel City !With phases 1 and 2 already finished, we will be completing Steel City with phase 3, which will introduce a mixture of one and two-bedroom living spaces. The Steel City development already captures the trendy, urban atmosphere of the up-and-coming northern powerhouse and the completion of phase 3 will only elevate that atmosphere further.More than just accommodation, London-based Future Generation, part of Southern Grove Developments, takes the “student” out of “student living”, giving their tenants a beautiful yet still practical space to create lifetime memories, complete with the signature sky lounge and on-site laundry facilities.Phase 1 and 2 saw the introduction of the townhouses with spacious shared kitchens and living areas perfect for socialising, and studio apartments for those looking for a more private university experience.We are excited for the opportunity to be a part of such a landmark project.
