Medlock furthers its education

Medlock has been chosen by Nelson and Colne College to upgrade all washroom facilities at its two sixth form student campuses. With a roster of 1600 full-time and 5000 part-time students, the college is one of the busiest educational establishments in Lancashire.

Having merged with Accrington & Rossendale college in 2019, our client needed an experienced and reliable company to deliver a robust washroom remodelling that could cater to the large student population.

Medlock was the perfect choice to deliver hygienic and functional facilities that would stand the test of time. The scope of the work includes the removal of the existing fixtures, the installation of new cubicles and sanitary wear, new flooring and new wall finishes.

The college is currently empty due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but the new facilities will be up and running in preparation for the student’s return.Nelson and Colne College is yet another fit-out where our commitment to project success has led to a result we’re proud to put the Medlock name to.
