Medlock has started 2021 with another exciting city centre commercial office development, this time on one of Manchester’s busiest streetsFor this huge project, we’ll be working alongside architects Hawkins Brown and quantity surveyor Chris McDermott of Cinns Limited to transform a neglected office building for Bluefig Investments UK Limited.Between Piccadilly Gardens and St Peter’s Square, Manchester’s busiest areas, sits 53-55 Mosley Street. Our team will be adding a modern flair to the office building that has been out of use for some time now. With its comfortable, attractive refurbishment, this office will be right at home in such an exciting, bustling city centre.A two-storey roof extension will create a more spacious and enjoyable working environment and an enjoyable experience for visitors. This extension will also create an environment free from the gaze of passers-by and allow more sunlight to stream in during the summer months. With the handover on 23 August, we’re excited to get stuck in. Keep your eye on our news page to stay up to date on this exciting project![custom_show_gallery]
